Information disclosure via off-by-one bounds check

Out-of-bounds read in GNU Libtasn1 before 4.19.0 allows attackers to read adjacent memory or crash a process via an invalid ETYPE value. ETYPE_OK accepts an etype equal to _asn1_tags_size, then dereferences that one-past-the-end index in the global _asn1_tags table. Reachability depends on a consuming application exposing control of the ETYPE argument; the upstream reproducer demonstrates an eight-byte global out-of-bounds read.
