Stored XSS via unneutralized Lastname profile field

Stored XSS in SourceCodester School File Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser. The Update Account handler in student_profile.php persists the Lastname field without neutralizing HTML or script content, which executes when the profile page is opened. A student account can plant the payload, and another user's visit exposes browser-accessible data or permits actions in that user's session.
