Reflected script execution via unescaped tab attribute
Published Apr 25, 2022 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Reflected XSS in Coming Soon by Supsystic before 1.7.6 allows remote attackers to execute script via a crafted admin-page URL. The admin dashboard inserts the unsanitized tab parameter into an HTML attribute without context-appropriate escaping. A logged-in administrator must open the crafted URL; the script then runs in that administrator's browser context.
