Database crash via faulty HAVING-to-WHERE pushdown

Reachable assertion in the MariaDB Server optimizer before 10.6.2 allows local users to crash the database server with a crafted query. The optimizer mishandles dependency metadata when moving a HAVING predicate into a view's WHERE clause, reaching an assertion during used-table updates. Local low-privilege database access is required, and a successful trigger terminates the server and interrupts active connections.
