Code execution via BMP heap buffer overflow

Heap-based buffer overflow in Bentley Systems MicroStation 10.16.0.80 allows remote attackers to execute code via a crafted BMP file. Its BMP parser fails to validate a user-controlled length before copying image data into a heap buffer, allowing the copy to overrun that allocation. Exploitation requires a user to visit a malicious page or open a crafted file, and successful execution runs with the current process's privileges.
