Authenticated command injection via unchecked cmd parameter

OS command injection in D-Link DIR-825 G1 firmware allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary system commands over HTTP. The /cgi-bin/webupg handler accepts the cmd form parameter without validating its contents and sends the value for system-command execution. An authorized management session is required for this CVE alone, and successful exploitation grants command execution with the webupg process's device privileges.
