Unauthenticated service crash via overflowed allocation sizes

Integer overflow in IIPImage High Resolution Streaming Image Server before commit 882925b allows remote attackers to crash iipsrv.fcgi. Tile and region allocation paths multiply attacker-controlled dimensions and channel counts in narrow integer types, producing undersized buffers that later memory copies overrun. An unauthenticated HTTP request through a FastCGI-aware web front end is sufficient; the demonstrated consequence is process termination and interrupted image service.
