Process crash via invalid async destructuring pattern

Reachable assertion in JerryScript 3.0.0 allows local users to crash an embedding process by parsing crafted JavaScript. In parser_parse_object_initializer, an invalid async destructuring pattern lacks scanner information, but the parser tests its rest-element flag before pattern finalization and aborts.
