Process crash via prematurely collected accessor

Reachable assertion in JerryScript 3.0.0 allows local users to crash an embedding process by executing crafted JavaScript. A JavaScript accessor can mutate its array and invoke garbage collection while its getter runs; JerryScript fails to keep the accessor alive, causing ecma_get_lex_env_type to receive an invalid object. Execution of attacker-supplied JavaScript with garbage collection enabled is required, and the demonstrated consequence is process termination rather than data access or code execution.
