Account impersonation via loose username comparison

Authentication bypass in ScratchOAuth2 allows remote attackers to impersonate other users in relying downstream components. SOA2Login::commented uses PHP's loose inequality operator when comparing the lowercased comment username with the claimed username, allowing numeric-string type juggling before the authorization-code check. Network access to the OAuth flow is sufficient, and successful exploitation creates an authenticated session carrying another user's downstream access.
