File-processing crash via freed metadata-cache entry

Use-after-free in HDF5 1.13.1-1 allows context-dependent attackers to crash h5format_convert by supplying a crafted HDF5 file. The file-open cleanup path expunges a metadata-cache entry, and H5AC_unpin_entry later reads eight bytes from that freed allocation. Triggering the demonstrated service interruption requires processing an attacker-controlled file; public evidence demonstrates a segmentation fault, not code execution.
