Code execution via malformed NEU file parsing

Memory corruption in Siemens Simcenter Femap V2020.2 and V2021.1 allows remote attackers to execute code through a malicious NEU file. The NEU parser fails to validate user-supplied data before processing it, causing memory corruption in the current process. Exploitation requires a user to open the crafted file or visit attacker-controlled content, after which code runs with the application process privileges.
