Stored XSS via unescaped caption rendering

Stored XSS in MediaWiki before 1.35.5, 1.36.x before 1.36.3, and 1.37.x before 1.37.1 allows remote authenticated users to run scripts. CaptionsPanel.mustache renders attacker-controlled caption text with the unescaped triple-brace form, allowing injected HTML event handlers into a media information page. An attacker must be able to set a media-file caption, and script execution occurs when another user visits the affected file page.
