Administrator account deletion via unchecked user identifier

Improper authorization in OneBlog 2.2.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to delete higher-privileged administrator accounts. The POST /user/remove endpoint accepts a caller-controlled ids value and deletes the referenced user without enforcing the target account's privilege boundary. Any low-level administrator with access to user management can remove any administrator, including the highest-privileged or current account.
