Unrestricted file upload in Mingsoft MCMS 5.2.4 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code via a template archive. Public material identifies /ms/file/uploadTemplate.do but does not disclose how the handler validates archive contents or where it writes them. A valid login session and access to the management upload route are required; successful exploitation runs code in the server process context.
