Application crash via misparsed 0xff comment byte

NULL pointer dereference in GNU Recutils 1.8.90 allows local users to crash an application by opening a crafted recfile. The rec_parse_comment() path passes signed character c instead of integer ci to rec_buf_putc(), causing byte 0xff to be treated as EOF before cleanup reaches rec_db_destroy(). Exploitation requires user interaction with a malicious local recfile and affects availability only.
