Root shell via hard-coded Telnet password

Use of hard-coded credentials in TOTOLINK A3100R V5.9c.4577 allows remote attackers to obtain a root shell via Telnet after Wi-Fi access. The firmware exposes the Telnet password in product.ini or a crackable root hash in shadow.sample. The attack requires Wi-Fi adjacency and Telnet enabled, then grants full device control through the root shell.
