Unauthenticated command execution via pic_name injection

Command injection in Tenda G1 and G3 routers 15.11.0.17(9502)_CN allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via pic_name. The uploadPicture function places the attacker-controlled pic_name parameter into a command context without neutralizing command syntax. The network path requires no authentication or user interaction, and successful exploitation permits arbitrary command execution on the device.
