Improper network binding in listed JetBrains IDE 2021.3.1 builds allows remote attackers to reach backend services over connected networks. Affected builds bind the Remote Development server to 0.0.0.0 rather than a restricted interface, exposing an unexpected port on every connected network. The exposed state requires an affected IDE to run as a Remote Development backend and is tied to its initial configuration state.
