Local memory corruption via numeric field conversion

Stack-based buffer overflow in MDB Tools 0.9.2 allows local users to corrupt process memory by processing a crafted MDB database file. The mdb_numeric_to_string conversion path writes 16 bytes beyond a dynamic stack buffer while mdb_xfer_bound_data binds a numeric field. Local access and a malicious database are required; public evidence demonstrates memory corruption and a crash, not reliable code execution.
