Password disclosure via reversible custom encryption

Credential disclosure in Softwarebüro Zauner ZA|ARC 4.2.0.4 allows attackers to recover application-user and database passwords. The application stores user passwords in the BENUTZER table and database credentials in zaarc.ini using custom reversible encryption whose decryption logic is recoverable from the executable. Exploitation requires prior retrieval of the database or configuration data; the result is plaintext credential disclosure and possible password reuse.
