Authenticated arbitrary file upload via MIME bypass

Unrestricted file upload in OpenDocMan 1.4.4 allows remote authenticated users to store dangerous files through add.php. The upload validation accepts a GIF signature and .gif suffix while ignoring embedded PHP content, stores the file with a .dat extension, and returns its identifier. An application account is required, and code execution depends on the deployment processing the stored content as executable code.
