Application crash via invalid chunk dimensionality

Stack-based buffer overflow in HDF5 1.13.1-1 allows context-dependent attackers to crash applications via a malformed HDF5 file. The data-layout parser accepts dimensionality below two, causing H5D__create_chunk_file_map_hyper to read outside a stack coordinate array. An application must process the attacker-controlled file, and the demonstrated consequence is termination of that process.
