Application crash via truncated file-space message decoding

Heap-based buffer overflow in HDF5 1.13.1-1 allows context-dependent attackers to crash an application by supplying a malformed HDF5 file. The H5O__fsinfo_decode path decodes fields from a truncated file-space information message without confirming that each value remains inside the message buffer, causing H5F_addr_decode_len to read past the heap allocation. An application must process the crafted file; the demonstrated result is a segmentation fault that interrupts that process, with no reported data disclosure or code execution.
