Unauthenticated administrative access via login SQL injection
Published Dec 28, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
SQL injection in Nettmp NNT 5.1 allows remote attackers to bypass authentication and access the administrative panel via a crafted login. The /index.php?id=status login handler incorporates the username field into an SQL authentication query, accepting a tautological username with a backslash password. No account or user interaction is required; successful exploitation grants administrative panel access, while further database effects are not established.
