Database disclosure via ticket search SQL injection

SQL injection in osTicket 1.15.x allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary SQL commands through ticket search parameters. The Search functionality in tickets.php fails to neutralize SQL syntax in combined keywords and topic_id URL parameters before constructing a database query. Access to the authenticated ticket interface is required, and successful exploitation permits unauthorized reading of database data.
