Authenticated file read via unvalidated download path

Path traversal in MeterSphere 1.15.4 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary server files through the automation download API. The ApiAutomationService.loadFileAsBytes method concatenates request-controlled id and name values into a filesystem path and opens the result without validating its location. A valid account and network access to /api/automation/file/download are required, and successful exploitation discloses file contents readable by the service process.
