Process crash via unsafe iterator lifetimes

Use-after-free in the Rust lru crate before 0.7.1 allows attackers to crash a consuming process through unsafe iterator lifetimes. The iter and iter_mut methods return key and value references whose lifetimes are not tied to the cache borrow, so pop can free a value while its reference remains usable. Triggering the crash requires consuming code to mutate the cache through pop while retaining an iterator reference; no broader impact is documented.
