Memory corruption via rollback_hook lifetime bounds

Use-after-free in rusqlite 0.25.x before 0.25.4 and 0.26.x before 0.26.2 allows attackers to trigger memory corruption via rollback_hook. The rollback_hook registration accepts closures with an overly relaxed lifetime, permitting a callback to access stack data after the referenced objects have been dropped. Exploitation requires code that registers a rollback callback capturing borrowed stack values; the resulting undefined behavior can crash the process or otherwise corrupt memory.
