Application crash via relaxed callback lifetime bounds

Use-after-free in rusqlite 0.25.0 through 0.25.3 and 0.26.0 through 0.26.1 allows context-dependent attackers to crash an application. Connection::create_window_function accepts a callback whose lifetime can be shorter than its SQLite registration, so SQLite later accesses stack objects after they are dropped. Reachability requires the functions and window features and application behavior that registers a borrowing closure, drops its referenced data, and then invokes the callback.
