Memory corruption via closed oneshot channel race

Race condition in Tokio 0.1.14 through 1.8.3 and 1.9.0 through 1.13.0 allows attackers to corrupt memory through a closed oneshot channel. Concurrent Sender::send and Receiver await or try_recv operations access the same shared memory after Receiver::close, violating synchronization and corrupting process state. The race requires both channel halves to remain in use after closure; code that never calls close or performs no later receive is unaffected.
