Process-memory disclosure via uninitialized Read buffers

Memory exposure in flumedb before 0.1.6 allows attackers to read process memory through a user-provided Read implementation. Both go_offset_log::read_entry() and offset_log::read_entry() pass uninitialized buffers to that implementation, which can inspect stale process memory or report an invalid write length. Reachability requires consuming code to supply a hostile or otherwise untrusted Read implementation; disclosure is limited to memory visible within that process, while undefined behavior can also disrupt execution.
