Unauthorized schema edits via incomplete permission checks

Authorization bypass in MediaWiki EntitySchema through 1.37 allows remote attackers to edit schema metadata from a globally blocked IP. SetEntitySchemaLabelDescriptionAliases relies on isBlockedFrom rather than the complete edit permission check, so global-block denials are missed. A blocked, logged-out or authenticated requester can change labels, descriptions, and aliases, and affected paths also permit new schema creation.
