Service crash via undersized GTP-U packet

Denial of service in Open5GS SGW-U and UPF 2.4.0 allows remote attackers using a UE to crash either service with a crafted GTP-U packet. The GTPv1-U receive callbacks trust the header-indicated length and call ogs_pkbuf_pull even when the packet buffer is no larger than that length, triggering an assertion instead of dropping the undersized packet. The attacker needs UE access to the mobile core's GTP-U path; exploitation interrupts user-plane forwarding but does not expose or modify data.
