Password disclosure via fixed AES key and IV

Credential disclosure in Apache Kylin 2.6.6 and earlier, 3.1.2 and earlier, or 4.0.0 allows attackers to decrypt configured passwords. EncryptUtil initializes its AES/CFB cipher with a static key and the fixed IV AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA, making PasswordPlaceholderConfigurer ciphertext reproducible and reversible outside the server. Exposure requires use of the helper for secrets such as metadata-database or LDAP passwords and access to the ciphertext; the reported consequence is password disclosure without integrity or availability impact.
