Authenticated command execution via project-name validation mismatch

Command injection in DiagnosisService in Apache Kylin 4.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary shell commands. The method validates a stripped project name but passes the original untrusted name to diag.sh, allowing shell syntax to survive validation. An account with project-creation and diagnostic-export access is required; commands run with the Kylin server process's privileges.
