Protected-data decryption via nonce output-buffer reread

Information disclosure in Mbed TLS before 3.1.0 allows attackers to decrypt protected data through psa_aead_generate_nonce. The function reads back nonce bytes from its caller-supplied output buffer, allowing an untrusted application sharing that memory to alter the value used internally. Exploitation requires shared memory accessible to an untrusted application; successful abuse bypasses cryptographic policy or exposes protected plaintext through a decryption oracle.
