Admin password hash disclosure via report SQL injection
Published Jan 14, 2022 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
SQL injection in SalonERP 3.0.1 allows remote authenticated users to read the administrator password hash through report generation. The report.php endpoint executes the sql POST parameter as a report query, letting injected subqueries select the Models\User password field. A valid session and access to report creation are required; the demonstrated consequence is administrator password-hash disclosure for offline recovery.
