Database record disclosure via oversized length fields

Record overread in SQLite 3.35.1 and 3.37.0 allows local users to read adjacent database records through a corrupted database file. Altered record and string-length fields cause SQLite to trust oversized lengths and return bytes from the following record. The technique requires direct read-write access to the database file, grants no access beyond data already available with those privileges, and SQLite disputes that it is a vulnerability.
