Application crash via unchecked image-conversion pointer

NULL pointer dereference in Libsixel 1.10.3 and earlier allows attackers to crash image-processing applications via a crafted PICT file. The bundled stb_image.h code passes a NULL data pointer into stbi__convert_format after malformed image parsing, and the function uses it without first rejecting NULL. Exploitation requires an application to process attacker-supplied PICT data; the resulting process crash affects availability only.
