Process crash via unreachable-type assertion abort

Reachable assertion in WebAssembly Binaryen 103 allows attackers to crash wasm-opt by supplying a crafted WebAssembly binary. The BrOn sent-type path requests a heap type from an unreachable type; wasm::handle_unreachable then aborts the process. Triggering the flaw requires Binaryen to process the supplied module; the reported consequence is termination of that process, not data access or modification.
