Stored XSS via unneutralized task descriptions

Stored XSS in COINS Construction Cloud 11.12 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in another user's browser. The Activity Workbench stores unneutralized HTML event-handler code in a task description and renders it when the assigned user views the task. An attacker needs an account able to create and assign a task, and execution requires the recipient to open the task and trigger its HTML event.
