Job hijacking via cleartext daemon secrets

Cleartext secret transmission in HTCondor 9.0.x before 9.0.10 and 9.1.x before 9.5.1 allows remote attackers to hijack jobs. The Schedd daemon sends secret material in cleartext when BLOWFISH or 3DES is used with a Startd or Collector. Traffic capture between those daemons, weak encryption or an 8.8 peer, and match-password authentication are required; exposed secrets permit job replacement, private-data access, or bogus results.
