Process crash via off-by-one XCOFF type index

Out-of-bounds write in GNU Binutils through 2.37 allows local users to crash a Binutils process by supplying crafted XCOFF debug data. stab_xcoff_builtin_type negates a signed type number and then indexes xcoff_types with an off-by-one value, writing beyond the heap array. Exploitation requires a Binutils tool to process the crafted file; the demonstrated consequence is a heap-buffer-overflow crash, while other impact is unspecified.
