Forced privileged actions via malicious menu URL

Cross-site request forgery in Catfish CMS 6.3.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to trigger privileged actions through a malicious menu URL. The Add Menu workflow stores an attacker-supplied URL to an uploaded HTML document without establishing that later privileged requests reflect the victim’s intent. Exploitation requires a signed-in privileged user to follow the planted menu target, and resulting actions execute with that user’s permissions.
