Local code execution via sequential driver IOCTLs

Use-after-free in IObit Advanced SystemCare 15 Pro allows local users to execute arbitrary code or crash the system through driver IOCTLs. The AscRegistryFilter.sys driver mishandles object lifetime across sequential IOCTL requests and subsequently accesses freed memory. A low-privileged local account can reach the driver interface, enabling memory corruption, arbitrary code execution, or a system crash.
