Browser script execution via unsafe URL reconstruction

Cross-site scripting in Opmantek Open-AudIT Community 4.2.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript in a user's browser. The create_url helper concatenates untrusted HTTP_HOST and PHP_SELF server values into HTML links without output encoding. Exploitation requires a logged-in user to click the crafted URL, after which attacker-controlled script runs in that user's browser context.
