Application data modification via constructor prototype traversal

Prototype pollution in minimist before 0.2.4 and 1.0.0 through 1.2.5 allows remote attackers to alter shared object properties via crafted arguments. The index.js setKey() path walker accepts constructor.prototype keys and assigns attacker-controlled values through the inherited constructor into Object.prototype. Impact depends on a consuming Node.js application passing attacker-controlled option names to minimist and then trusting polluted properties, which can alter application data or crash the process.
