Tenant configuration disclosure via pre-authentication JWT issuance
Published Dec 21, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Incorrect access control in Dalmark Systems Systeam 2.22.8 build 1724 allows remote attackers to read tenant configuration via an API. A pre-authentication API endpoint issues a temporary JWT intended to identify the tenant, but other API requests accept it when returning system configuration parameters. No authentication is required, and a tenant with configured SMTP credentials exposes the complete credential data.
