Service interruption via malformed Medibus data

Improper input validation in Dräger Atlan A350 1.00 through 1.01 allows attackers to interrupt service via the Medibus interface. The interface handles specifically crafted non-Medibus-compliant data incorrectly, causing the internal processor to become overloaded gradually over several hours. Exposure requires direct RS-232 access or an environment that routes the serial link over Ethernet, and the interruption stops connected-device data transmission and delays or distorts displayed curves.
